Mardix iControl
A complete lifecycle history at your fingertips
From November 2011, all Mardix products will be issued with a Service Tag label, which will be directly linked to our brand new iControl asset management system and Service App.
We commissioned a web and iOS device (iPhone and iPad) app that will enable our engineers, our clients, and facilities management personnel, to scan the QR code on the Service Tag label to retrieve panel specific information such as:
- Product, Manufacturing and Site Specific Information
- Commissioning Status
- Service History – including Site Visit and Service Reports
- As Built Drawings (Mechanical & Schematic)
- Health Reporting
- Critical Spares Management
- Routine Replacement Parts Scheduling
This service will also be extended to incorporate 3rd party equipment (service charges apply).
Data Security
Security has been a primary objective throughout the development of the application. Access permission must be granted by the end user facilities manager (or a named and agreed site contact) and users will only be able to access tags for site addresses where they have been granted explicit permission.
Regular reminders of the permissions matrix for each site will be sent for approval or editing as required.
