Planned Shutdown Service

Planned Shutdown Service

The planned shutdown of switchgear equipment is key in preventative maintenance, helping to avoid costly failure and interruptions to your critical power systems.

Switchgear service from Mardix includes routine, planned maintenance as a central part of its service contracts, which are always tailored to fit your requirements.

Mardix has the capability to perform small or large-scale shutdowns, including in-house provision of all required personnel and expert management throughout the shutdown.

Maintenance works will be performed with the units fully isolated, and prior to shutdown our specialist service engineers will carry out a live visual inspection. All readings are noted and each planned switchgear shutdown will be followed with a completion report highlighting any necessary actions to ensure ongoing power protection.
