Today Schneider Electric issued an industry wide announcement clarifying a confusing situation with a 4-year legacy.
Since the 2005 acquisition of Power Measurement Limited, Powerlogic
ION products, and associated ION Enterprise software, there have been
misconceptions relating to pre-acquisition agreements between Power
Measurement Limited and its UK agents.
Today’s announcement removes those misconceptions by listing the five
accredited UK Systems Integrators and focusing on Schneider Electric's
continued work with them. Customers are now in a position to select from
the list, knowing they are accredited to provide new systems and extend
existing software licenses including to additional metering devices.
Since their accreditation as a System Integrator for Schneider
Powerlogic ION products and software, Mardix have been supplying
industry-leading metering such as the ION7650 and ION7550 along with ION
Enterprise software as a complete power management solution.
The role of Systems Integrator enables Mardix to provide engineering
and management personnel with the information they need to cut
energy-related costs, avoid downtime, and optimise equipment usage.

role as a key system integrator capable of providing any PowerLogic ION
Enterprise system, whether new build or existing system extension. We
